Staff Assistant Grade II- Administration

Location - Head Office

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Company’s Fixed Assets Register and related records by ensuring that asset information, including asset identification, location, custodian, and status, is accurately maintained in the relevant systems and records.
  • Coordinate fixed asset-related activities, including asset allocation, transfers, physical verification, identification of missing or obsolete assets, and timely updating of relevant records and systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and branches on administrative and fixed asset-related matters, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Maintain, update, and organize Company records, documents, registers, and administrative databases, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of information.
  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Assist in the preparation of administrative reports, schedules, summaries, statements, and other documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records, including maintaining both physical and electronic records in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or immediate supervisor from time to time.

Applicants should possess the following

  • Professional Qualification in Human Resources from a recognized Professional Institute.
  • Prefer GCE A/L and GCE O/L with credit passes for Mathematics and English. Work experience in Administration or related stream will be an added advantage
  • Be a good Team Player with an ability to coordinate with Staff and work independently.
  • Ability of completing the task at a given time period.
  • Be pleasant and should be with a positive attitude.
