Executive - Import Procurement
Globactiv Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. A premier Global Freight Forwarder, is actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Executive - Import Procurement. This pivotal position is dedicated to driving our vision of delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions in the competitive freight and logistics industry.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in import procurement, pricing or freight forwarding.
- Strong experience in Sea & Air import pricing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with overseas agents and negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Good understanding of LCL consolidation and related import processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle SEA & AIR import pricing inquiries and prepare competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain and negotiate freight rates.
- Review and maintain import freight rates and related charges.
- Coordinate LCL consolidation requirements and related processes.
- Ensure timely responses to pricing inquiries.
- Liaise with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth import operations.
- Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation.
- Perform other duties related to import procurement as assigned by management.
