We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as;
OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient delivery of operational support services. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will coordinate operational activities across departments, enhance service efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the hospital's strategic objectives.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and an excellent patient experience.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to optimize operational efficiency and patient flow.
- Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve service quality and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Lead operational teams and support the implementation of operational improvement projects.
Ideal applicant should possess the following attributes and qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Hospital Management or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital operations role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of hospital systems, regulatory compliance, and healthcare administration.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
