YOUR MAIN DUTIES
- Handle customer inquiries by Telephone, WhatsApp & Facebook
- Assist customers with registrations and account support
- Explain our services clearly in Sinhala
- Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers about relevant services, offers and promotions
Previous experience in Customer Care, Call Centre, Reception, Sales or Customer Support is an advantage, but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
