EXECUTIVE - CALL CENTER TAMIL
Pitch Capital (Pvt) Ltd, a growing real estate company, is looking for dynamic and customerfocused Tamil Call Center Executives to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to support customer requirements
- Achieve assigned call and follow-up targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Male & Female candidates are welcome
- Age: 18 – 45 years
- Fluency in Tamil Language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up professionally
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience will be an added advantage
