Reservations Manager

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Reservations Manager to join our hotel team and take charge of delivering seamless reservation experience while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
  • Handle individual, group, corporate and online reservations.
  • Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective inventory and rate management.
  • Monitor room availability, bookings, cancellations, no-shows and overbookings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, corporate clients and online booking partners.
  • Ensure all reservation procedures and hotel policies are consistently followed.
  • Prepare reservation reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests and reservation related concerns professionally.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a Reservations Manager role within a hotel
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of room inventory, rates, availability and revenue optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A professional, guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
