ASSISTANT MANAGER - COMPLIANCE

We are a leading higher education institution committed to academic excellence, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous institutional improvement. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Compliance to support our academic and institutional quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory activities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate institutional compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory activities, including documentation, evidence collection, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Monitor academic and administrative processes as an auditor to ensure alignment with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Plan and conduct academic and administrative audits across relevant functions.
  • Prepare audit documentation and reports and coordinate discussions with relevant stakeholders on identified findings and areas for improvement.
  • Follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and institutional improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate compliance-related meetings, reviews, reporting activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and maintain policies, SOPs, guidelines, procedures, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate the process of obtaining relevant quality assurance standards, certifications, and meeting regulatory requirements applicable to higher education.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation required for internal and external reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in academic administration, coordination, lecturing, compliance, audit, or quality assurance.
  • Experience in higher education quality assurance, compliance, audit, or regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of academic and institutional processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively with different stakeholders.
