Quality Control Supervisor
Colombo Dockyard PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier shipbuilding and ship-repair facility, invites aspiring professionals to embark on a dynamic career path as a Quality Control Supervisor.
We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for operational excellence to become proud members of our Quality Control team.
Candidate Profile
- Full qualification in NCT / NCIT in Mechanical Engineering or NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
- Specialized knowledge in Welding or Coating Inspection, along with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) or Coating Inspection Certification from an approved institution will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two (02) years working experience in a related field.
General Requirements
- Educational Background: Passed GCE (A/L) in Physical Science stream
- Age: Below 40 years
- Language Skills: Strong command of English (written, spoken, and comprehension)
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in Computer Operations
- Attributes
- Highly motivated and energetic.
- Physically fit and able to thrive in demanding environments.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
The selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of one (01) year initially.
