CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE – GROUP
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing trade receivables, ensuring timely collections, monitoring credit limits and contributing to the Group's financial stability through strong credit control and analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Accounts Receivable in the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system ensuring accurate invoicing, receipt postings and account reconciliation.
- Monitor collections and credit control across Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA and institutional customers.
- Ensure General Trade invoices are supported by PDCs (with bank guarantee for distributors) or cash/online transfers, in coordination with Pasya Supply Chain Division.
- Verify receipts collected by Sales Representatives and monitor direct customer bank transfers for accurate allocation.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on returned/dishonoured cheques and ensure prompt recovery.
- Monitor credit limits and credit periods; analyze customer payment behavior and recommend limit reviews.
- Host weekly debtors meetings with Assistant Accountant and coordinate with Sales team for collections.
- Regularly reconcile customer balances, bank receipts and SFA records.
- Maintain and control the Head Office petty cash float with accurate records and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with credit control policies and internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS
- Part qualification in AAT / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in credit control / accounts receivable / sales accounting in a FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP / SFA or receivables management systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical and reconciliation skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
