Executive/Junior Executive/ Associate - Freight & Logistics (Sales).
Talentra People Management Solutions is looking for experienced Junior Executives/Executives with a sales background to join a reputed Logistics Company in Colombo.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight & logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
- Aim to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum G.C.E Ordinary Level Qualification and a degree or professional qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is essential.
- 1 – 2 years experience for Junior positions and at least 3 years experience for Executives in freight forwarding, logistics or related industry is required.
- Strong sales personnel may also apply clearly indicating their targets and achievements and special awards.
- Full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be a definite advantage.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Students just completed a course of study in the relevant field also may apply for Associate positions.
