We're Hiring: Warehouse Executive
We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to oversee efficient warehouse and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments on inventory-related matters.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of goods.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and slow-moving items.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Previous experience in a spare parts warehouse will be a distinct advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Experience in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
