We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinating Officer to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and ensure the efficient functioning of the COO’s Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management, coordinate critical business activities, and play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness.

Who We're Looking For:
n
n- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Practice, Office Administration, or a related field.
n- Professional qualification in Secretarial Practice, Office Management, Business Communication, or Administration will be an added advantage.
n- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive secretarial, coordination, administrative, or personal assistant role supporting senior management.
n- Excellent written and spoken English.
n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and document management systems.
n- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
n- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
n- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
n- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n- Provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing daily administrative, coordination, and governance activities.
n- Liaise with Department Heads and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports and papers.
n- Organise and coordinate Management Committee, Board Committee, and other executive meetings.
n- Monitor and follow up on reports, submissions, action items, and management requests.
n- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and official communications.
n- Coordinate Board and Committee paper submissions, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
n- Maintain confidential records and support governance and administrative processes.
