Credit Card Relationship Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain credit card products, benefits, fees, interest rates, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services where appropriate.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in credit card sales, banking, financial services, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
