Sales Coordinator - AC (Call Center Operations)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support our growing sales operations within the Air Conditioning Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer inquiries, after-sales service requests and maintenance schedules & etc.
- Liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare quotations, service reports, invoices, and related documentation.
- Monitor service job progress and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service databases.
- Support warranty claim processing and customer complaint resolution.
- Generate periodic reports on service operations and customer service performance.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, sales support, or after-sales operations.
- Experience in HVAC, engineering, technical services, or construction-related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Language fluency in Sinhala, English & Tamil will be an added advantage.
