Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team and take responsibility for the administration, optimization and support of our enterprise virtualization environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter environments
- Manage VMware vSAN and enterprise virtualization infrastructure
- Configure and support VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and Disaster Recovery environments
- Perform virtualization upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Manage high-availability and mission-critical virtual infrastructure
- Work with Nutanix / HCI environments and enterprise storage platforms
- Support DR testing, recovery activities and business continuity requirements
- Monitor infrastructure health and ensure SLA-driven service availability
- Work closely with networking, storage, security and application teams
- Maintain technical documentation and follow infrastructure standards and best practices
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT from a recognized institute
- 2-3 years of experience in Banking or financial institutions would be an added advantage
- Experience with vSAN and SRM/DR and Linux/Windows server environments
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter
- Knowledge of Nutanix / HCI platforms will be an advantage
- Good understanding of enterprise servers, storage and SAN environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- VMware certifications such as VCP-DCV are highly desirable
