Senior Executives / Executives – Marketing

Positions
- Senior Executives / Executives – Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote courses and generate leads.
- Events & Exhibitions: Represent the university at educational fairs, school workshops, and promotional exhibitions.
- Inhouse Events : Organize Open Days, Student events & other activities to promote the university.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor offerings and identify student recruitment trends.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research target student groups, build relationships with high schools and educational agents, and drive enrollment numbers.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build networks with corporate partners, organizations and international university affiliates.
- Work closely with the digital and content teams to brainstorm and provide campaign briefs.
Pre-requisites :
- 3 Years' experience in marketing in higher education / service industry
- School Leavers / Fresh Graduates may join as trainees / junior executives
- Good Knowledge about higher education industry of Sri Lanka
- Charismatic, well-groomed, outgoing and forward individuals with pleasant personalities.
- Efficient, responsible, well-organized in what they do.
- Should be career oriented individuals who are ambitious and driven to achieve
- Optimistic, confident individuals who are willing to take up challenges.
