SALES EXECUTIVE - CARBON-BASED PRODUCTS
Tokyo Cement Group, a leading name in Sri Lanka's construction materials industry, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive – Carbon-Based Products.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and commercialization of carbon-based materials while gaining exposure to both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote carbon-based products in Sri Lankan and international markets.
- Identify customer requirements, new market segments and emerging business opportunities for carbon-based materials.
- Develop new customers and expand the market for the Company's carbon-based product portfolio.
- Conduct regular customer visits and build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer applications and requirements and coordinate appropriate product and technical solutions.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, customer feedback and industry trends.
- Coordinate closely with production, technical and other internal departments to ensure effective after-sales support and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve agreed business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in the industrial, chemical, engineering or materials-related sectors.
- Previous exposure to carbon-based materials, advanced materials or related industries would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good analytical ability with a strong commercial orientation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
