Sales Manager
Automobile Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is expanding its business operations with the introduction of exciting new automobile brands in Sri Lanka. As part of our expansion, we are looking for two dynamic and results-oriented Sales Managers to drive our sales operations and build strong market presence for our upcoming 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the respective sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and key business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Recruit, coach, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market intelligence for management.
- Work closely with Marketing, Aftersales, Finance and other departments to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in automobile sales, preferably with experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Candidates applying for the 2-Wheeler role should have strong exposure to the 2-wheeler market, while candidates for the 4-Wheeler role should have proven experience in passenger vehicle sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
