We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and dynamic Senior Manager (Branch Operations), to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
- Take full responsibility for branch sales, revenue generation, profitability, and achievement of business targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute new business strategies to drive sustainable growth, increase market share, and strengthen the competitive position.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, budgets, and key financial indicators, taking corrective action where required.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch teams to maximize productivity, performance, and achievement of individual and organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, business partners, and other stakeholders to support customer retention and business growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through effective sales, marketing, networking, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall customer experience.
- Establish branch meetings and review sales results regularly, identifying gaps and implementing timely corrective and improvement measures.
- Work closely with Head Office and other departments to ensure effective coordination, communication, resource allocation, and smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, audit requirements, compliance and operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial/branch operations roles.
- Strong understanding of branch financial performance, expenses, budgets, and corrective actions.
- Smart leader with strong leadership qualities, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical and performance management skills.
- Proven track record in managing branch teams and achieving business targets.
- High-level customer service and relationship building skills.
- Responsibility for sales, revenue, profitability, budgets, KPIs, and targets.
- Previous experience in Jewellery, retail, banking, finance, or related service sectors would be an advantage.
- Age requirement 40–50 years.
