Senior Executive – HR Business Partner
Job Profile
- Manage disciplinary processes and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Manage employee grievance processes, ensuring appropriate investigation and resolution in line with company policies.
- Develop strategies to recruit Persons with Determination (PWD) and ensure an inclusive hiring process in collaboration with partner and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate the Champs program and deliver training on workplace skills, sign language, and disability awareness.
- Drive recognition programs and internal campaigns to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Build partnerships with government bodies and NGOs and stakeholders to support sustainable CSR Goals.
- Oversee HR Administration Functions such as Medical, Insurance and the VTA centers under the Equal Slice Initiative Program.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma related to Human Resources Management.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruitment for persons with disabilities, or similar CSR-focused roles.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement, particularly in the implementation of large-scale initiatives.
- Ability and availability to visit outlets as and when required
