Associate – Visual Merchandising & Product Training
Seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to lead retail VM and branding execution across the market, while also conducting mobile product training for retail sales staff and business partners. The ideal candidate should have strong VM/branding experience and excellent product training and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Visual Merchandising (VM) and branding execution across mobile retail stores nationwide.
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of POSM, displays, fixtures, branding, and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support new product launches, campaigns, events, and seasonal activations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail teams, and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct mobile product trainings for retail staff and business partners, covering features, USPs, specifications, and selling points.
- Develop and deliver engaging product training presentations and sessions.
- Maintain VM and training records, and prepare relevant reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising and Branding Execution is essential.
- Strong experience managing retail branding, displays, POSM, and VM activities.
- Ability to conduct effective mobile product training sessions.
- Strong interest and knowledge of mobile phones and technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to clearly explain product features, benefits, USPs, and selling points.
- Willingness to travel island-wide across Sri Lanka.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and presentation preparation.
