MANAGER - SALES OPERATIONS

CAREER PROFILE
- Manage and maintain Sales MIS and databases, ensuring accurate and timely sales information.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management decision-making.
- Develop and monitor sales targets by channel, brand, and product.
- Support the sales forecasting and supply planning process.
- Monitor distributor stocks, sales performance, and order pipelines.
- Prepare and monitor sales incentive and field staff compensation calculations.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive effective utilization of sales systems and reporting tools to provide timely business insights.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in CIM / SLIM will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
