The Sourcing Collective provides architectural, BIM and digital delivery support to Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors across UK and international. We work on projects ranging from hospitality resorts and workplace interiors to residential developments, modular construction and large commercial buildings. Our work spans all RIBA stages and involves direct collaboration with international project teams.

Role Overview
We are looking for an architect with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our team as an Architectural Project Lead.
This role is suited to someone who already has solid project delivery experience and is ready to take greater responsibility in coordinating teams, communicating with international clients, and delivering high-quality architectural and BIM outputs.
You do not need to be an expert in every aspect of BIM delivery from day one. We will provide training, support, and exposure to different project roles to help you strengthen your technical and management skills after joining.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver architectural and BIM project work for international clients.
- Manage and support a team of approximately 5 team members.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with client teams.
- Plan workloads and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Review project outputs before submission.
- Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Identify project issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
- Support team members through guidance and day-to-day coordination.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives including training, standards, workflows, and operational development.
- Continuously improve your technical, BIM and software skills through training and project exposure.
Essential requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience.
- Experience coordinating project teams and project deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of architectural documentation and project workflows.
- BIM and Revit experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Exposure on international projects is an advantage.
