ZPMC Lanka Company is a BOI approved company and it is joint venture company between Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Company Limited of China (ZPMC) which is a world’s leading Port equipment and heavy machinery manufacturer and Access Engineering PLC of Sri Lanka.
We are seeking for a Young, Energetic and Self-Motivated candidate to fill the below position in our company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process spare parts requirements and participation of local and foreign Tenders in assigned regions.
- Overseeing the efficient handling of Logistics management including local and international transportations of shipments.
- Collect spare parts requirements of container Terminals , discusses with Engineers and selection of best suitable spare parts .
- Send all the required information and specifications to principals & prepare quotations on time.
- Carry out necessary cost calculations, prepare quotations, get the management approval & timely submit the quotations for the customer requirement with support materials.
- Timely updating the ZPMC SAP system & arrange the material delivery on time.
- Follow up tender status, Orders & update the suppliers.
- Prepare monthly, annual reports on spare parts sales
- Arrange all the shipping documents, custom clearance & transportation for the shipments.
- Follow up payments and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent qualifications.
- Diploma or Qualification in SLIM or any other marketing qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 02 Years' work experience in industrial background will be an added advantage
- Special in Colombo and Hambantota Areas.
- Age below 35 years.
