THE OPPORTUNITY
RADISI is known for figure-flattering silhouettes, refined tailoring and personalised fit. We are seeking a confident, polished and commercially driven individual to lead our showroom sales and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Based at our Flower Road showroom, you will help clients discover pieces that complement their shape, personal style and occasion, while building lasting relationships and driving sales.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead showroom sales, achieve targets and guide the team towards excellent service.
- Build loyal client relationships through attentive follow-up and personalised recommendations.
- Offer knowledgeable advice on silhouettes, colours, fit and occasion dressing.
- Coordinate custom-fit requests and alterations with our production team.
- Maintain elegant displays, strong product knowledge and high showroom standards.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, stock presentation and team coordination.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in fashion retail, boutique sales or client service, ideally with team leadership responsibilities.
- A strong eye for style and a passion for women’s fashion.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident manner.
- A professional, well-presented approach and attention to detail.
- The initiative to take ownership of sales and the client experience.
