Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of tour itineraries / costings as per the client requirements
- Communicating with guests while they are in the country
- Coordinate with local hotels & service providers with regard to tours
- Maintaining & cultivating professional & friendly working relationship with all internal staff members, tour guides / chauffeurs
- Assisting in any other project directed by the management
Job Requirements
- Exposure to tour operations with 1 year experience in an executive capacity
- Knowledge of the sights & sounds of Sri Lanka
- Experience in planning & executing tour itineraries independently
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Fluency in spoken & written English
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Knowledge of the OKLO system is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Japanese is an added advantage.
