Recovery Officer
Globactiv Logistics (Pvt) Ltd., We invites you to become a part of our vibrant team. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Recovery Officer in our Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up on Outstanding Debtor Payments and Ensure Timely Collections.
- Maintain Accurate Debtor Records and Aging Reports.
- Coordinate with Customers Regarding Overdue Invoices.
- Resolve Billing Discrepancies in Collaboration with Internal Departments.
- Prepare Regular Recovery and Collection Reports.
- Support the Finance Team with Reconciliation and Documentation.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Credit Policies.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field.
- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Debt Recovery or Accounts Receivable (Preferably in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry).
- Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Systems.
- Ability to Work Independently and Meet Collection Targets.
- Ability to Communicate in English.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
