We are a specialist hospitality, travel and tourism group in Sri Lanka with a diverse portfolio of businesses. Our accommodation brands include Mahoora, Big Game, Ahaspokuna and Villa Tandera, located across some of Sri Lanka's most distinctive natural destinations. Our wider portfolio includes Experiential Journeys, Sri Lanka Day Tours and Made in Earth, bringing together hospitality, experiential travel and sustainable trading activities.
We are looking for a hands-on Group IT Executive to support and coordinate ICT operations across our diverse hospitality, travel, tourism and trading businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, hardware, networks and IT systems
- Support Google Workspace administration
- Manage and monitor CCTV and related security systems
- Support ERP, HRIS and CRM systems
- Maintain ICT inventory, equipment handovers and purchasing records
- Support Wi-Fi, telecommunications and mobile data systems
- Support cybersecurity, antivirus, backups and basic system security
- Use AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, reporting and productivity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant IT experience
- Hardware, networking and system administration skills
- Exposure to CCTV, ERP, HRIS or CRM systems (an advantage)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
