Sales Executive – Automotive Spare Parts
Overview
Join our growing automotive aftermarket sales team. Best Auto International (PVT) Ltd is an importer and distributor of automotive spare parts, with a strong focus on European vehicles. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive to develop our network of spare-parts dealers, garages and workshops across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and expand the dealer and workshop network.
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts and related products.
- Visit and build strong relationships with spare-parts dealers, garages and workshops.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and applications.
- Prepare quotations, follow up inquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with stores and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment and collections.
- Support product promotions and customer awareness activities.
Candidate Profile
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EITHER:
1) Automotive Spares Parts Sales Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive spare parts sales, aftermarket sales or a related automotive environment.
- Knowledge of European vehicle parts is an advantage.
- Experience dealing with garages, workshops and dealers is preferred.
2) Automotive / Technical Qualification
- Diploma / NVQ Certificate in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and commercially minded.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
