REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be below the age of 30
- Always Be Closing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- The ability to quickly learn about new products, services, and software
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage a high volume of tasks
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Fluency in English however, communicating in Sinhala or Tamil is also an added advantage
- Basic proficiency across software platforms is an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails and networking
- Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
- Present product features and benefits effectively to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
