Pharmacist

Christell Group, a leading medical aesthetics and wellness brand with clinics across Colombo and Galle, is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Pharmacist to join our clinical team.
You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and well-informed treatment experience for our clients, guiding them on their medication and care at every step of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with doctors and clients throughout the treatment journey.
- Educate clients on medication usage and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide clear guidance on usage.
- Follow up with clients on their treatment progress, medications and recommended products.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates and required documentation.
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining a high standard of client care.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical, hospital or pharmacy setting.
- Good knowledge of medications and dispensing practices.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proactive, well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
