Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules and operational performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience 2-3 years in restaurant or hotel management.
- Strong leadership, communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
Location: Colombo 4, Sri Lanka
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
