Marketing Executive
CAPM is specialised in providing tailored advisory in retirement planning, wealth management and financial planning, focused on bridging the market gaps. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial markets, a willingness to learn, and the determination to build a successful career in the industry.
Educational Qualifications:
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level, preferably in the Mathematics or Commerce stream.
- A relevant Degree, Diploma, HND, or candidates currently studying towards a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have completed or are currently studying towards CCM or a related capital-market qualification are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage but is not mandatory; school leavers are also welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in stock markets, financial markets, cryptocurrency, and investments will be an advantage.
- A strong passion to pursue a career in financial markets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive, target-oriented attitude and the determination to develop a long-term career in the financial markets.
