VACANCY – GENERAL TECHNICIAN
Methodist College invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of General Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of school buildings, facilities, grounds, equipment, and related support services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee maintenance and operational readiness of all school buildings, classrooms, laboratories, halls, washrooms, playgrounds, storage areas, and common spaces
QUALIFICATIONS:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualification in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience in general maintenance work (Minimum 3 years)
- Air conditioning system, Electrical systems (Single phase and Three phase)
- Plumbing
- Welding & PABX System Knowledge is an added qualification
- Experience in carpentry work will be an added advantage
