JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - FINANCE
Join Acorn Prime Destinations and contribute to accurate financial reporting, effective financial planning, and the smooth operation of our finance function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide complete and accurate financial and management information in a timely manner.
- Conduct monthly financial meetings to review performance.
- Circulate the monthly board pack and other management reports to management.
- Complete an accurate Annual Operating Plan (Budget Packs) for the Group within the stipulated deadline.
- Prepare accurate monthly P&L and cash flow forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors, other institutions and statutory bodies.
- Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and adherence to changes in tax regulations and amendments.
- Introduce and implement internal operating procedures in accordance with Financial SOPs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A degree in Finance or full/part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Ability to work with a Microsoft Dynamics Central-based accounting system.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
