PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

At Shiok, we bring the flavours of Singapore to Sri Lanka. We are looking for a motivated Procurement Executive to support our purchasing operations and ensure our outlets and central kitchen are always stocked with quality supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchasing of food, beverages, packaging and other supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality products and on-time deliveries.
- Obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
- Monitor stock levels and follow up with outlets and central kitchen.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations on invoices, stock counts and supplier matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in procurement (preferably in F&B, hospitality or retail).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (ERP or inventory systems is an advantage).
- Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple suppliers.
