HR EXECUTIVE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or an equivalent role.
- Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Employee relations skills and experience in handling employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
IT OFFICER
- Education & Qualifications - Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hardware & Software - Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Networking - Understanding of LAN/WAN, IP setup, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and general network troubleshooting.
- Security & Backups - Knowledge of antivirus deployment, system access controls, security patches, and routine data backup procedures.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting - Aptitude for diagnosing technical faults quickly via remote access, phone, or in person.
- CCTV & Surveillance Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain analog, IP, and Wi-Fi camera systems.
- Set up and manage Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and central monitoring facilities.
- Work Experience - 2+ years of hands-on ICT support or administration experience.
