Factory Engineer
We are seeking a qualified and result-oriented Factory Engineer to oversee factory engineering operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure the effective performance of machinery and equipment.
- Oversee factory engineering operations and technical activities.
- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate engineering projects, installations, and machinery upgrades.
- Support production planning by ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment.
- Analyse technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
- Monitor engineering costs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Good technical knowledge of industrial machinery and production processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Maintenance Officer (Kegalle & Aturugiriya)
We are looking for a technically competent and hands-on Maintenance Officer to ensure the smooth operation of factory machinery, equipment, and related facilities through effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of factory machinery and equipment.
- Attend to machine breakdowns and coordinate repairs promptly.
- Identify technical faults and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment service histories.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the Stores Department for required materials.
- Work closely with the Production Department to reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Maintain a safe and organized maintenance work area.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Diploma, certificate, or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in factory maintenance or industrial machinery will be an added advantage.
- Practical skills in troubleshooting, machine servicing, and repair work.
