HealthRecon Connect is a technology-enabled healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partner to US healthcare providers, with delivery operations spanning Sri Lanka, India and the Philippines.
This role will support collection activities by conducting timely follow-ups on outstanding accounts, reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable (AR), contacting insurance payers and relevant stakeholders, and identifying and resolving payment issues. The selected candidate will ensure accurate documentation and updates to collection records and trackers, meet daily productivity and quality targets, and work closely with internal teams to support timely revenue recovery while maintaining compliance with established processes and procedures.

Key Requirements
- Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or academic/professional qualification in Finance, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO sector is mandatory.
- At least 12 months of RCM experience, preferably in hospital medical Collections, will be an added advantage.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the patient revenue cycle continuum.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
