Executive - Learning & Development
Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented individual to join our Learning & Development team to support employee development and business performance through effective training and learning initiatives.
Job Profile
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct training programmes for employees, particularly across the branch network across the country
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of appropriate learning solutions
- Develop engaging training materials, presentations, videos, and digital learning content
- Work closely with business teams to ensure training meets operational needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements
- Support digital learning initiatives, including the use of AI tools and emerging learning technologies
- Assist with video recording, DSLR camera handling, and multimedia content creation when required.
Personal Profile
- Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Management, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year's experience in training, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Good presentation, communication, and training facilitation skills
- Exposure to AI tools, digital content creation, or multimedia applications
- Strong creativity, planning, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and conduct training across the branch network
- Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage
