MANAGER – DIGITAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS

LB Finance PLC invites applications from dynamic, detail-oriented and results-driven professionals to join our Digital Business Unit as Manager – Digital Business Operations, supporting the continued growth and operational excellence of LB CIM, our digital payments and lifestyle platform.
THE ROLE
You will oversee the end-to-end operational governance of LB CIM, ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance, effective risk management and seamless coordination across business, technology and control functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day digital business operations, back-office processes and service continuity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CBSL regulations, payment system rules and internal policies.
- Coordinate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Audit and Operations teams.
- Oversee payment disputes, transaction reversals, settlements and customer issue resolution.
- Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, operational risk management and process documentation.
- Drive process improvements, operational reporting, staff training and new fintech initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A degree or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Management, IT or a related field with three to five years' experience.
- Relevant experience in fintech operations, digital payments, banking operations or financial services.
- Sound knowledge of CBSL regulatory requirements, payment systems, operational risk and internal controls.
- Experience in audit coordination, transaction dispute management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
