Executive- Operations
Location: Colombo 14
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end event planning and production workflows, ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency.
- Oversee delivery of photographs, albums, and related products to customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Track project progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or any other related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Event Management, Photography, Printing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of photo editing and design workflows will be an added advantage
