Key Requirements
- ITIL certification (Version 5) preferred or equivalent
- Proven experience in ITIL / ITSM training
- Strong understanding of service management, governance and continual improvement
- Familiarity with AI, automation and modern ITSM practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
