CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE (CRA)
HEALTHCARE SECTOR
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who would like to take on challenges and join with our winning team.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 19 and 35 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Positive attitude, dynamic personality, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients and visitors.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital services.
- Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with relevant departments.
- Address patient concerns and escalate complaints to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction.
