Responsibilities
- Design interiors and custom furniture for apartment units, show apartments and common areas such as lobbies, reception and gym in our residential developments.
- Prepare interior layouts, working drawings and 3D visuals, coordinating with architects, engineers and site teams to align with construction drawings.
- Select and source materials, finishes, fittings and suppliers within project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and quotations, including buyer customised requests.
- Visit sites to supervise interior fit-out, check quality and make sure work matches the approved designs.
Requirements
- 01 Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- 02 Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or a similar professional qualification.
- 03 Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp or other 3D software.
- 04 Expertise in layout, colour, lighting and material selection for customised furniture and installations.
- 05 Creative talent, imagination and a keen eye for design.
