KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vehicle Sourcing & Fulfilment
- Driver Sourcing & Management
- Cost Management & Budgeting
- Supplier & Vendor Relationship Management
- Compliance, Safety & Risk
- Operations Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- 3 to 4 years in transport operations.
- Proven experience in vehicle sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
- Hands on experience managing drivers and cost controlling of a commercial fleet.
