Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, organize, and coordinate day-to-day branch operations.
- Promote company properties, develop sales strategies and new business developments, conduct client presentations and achieve targets.
- Identify new opportunities and expand the company’s presence in relevant area.
- Build strong client relationships, handle inquiries, negotiations, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Manage property listings, inspections, viewings and property transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with Head Office and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor branch performance and submit regular performance reports with the management.
- Maintain ethical standards, comply with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Who We're Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a strong added qualification.
- A motivated and results-driven professional with strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
