01 / THE ROLE
- Plan and schedule imports with the operations team.
- Coordinate freight forwarders and clearing agents.
- Track shipments and keep import schedules updated.
- Check, follow up and maintain import documentation.
02 / YOUR PROFILE
- Below 30 years of age.
- 2+ years' relevant experience — imports experience is essential.
- Graduate or undergraduate in Logistics or a related discipline.
- Strong communication in English and Sinhala.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Proactive, hardworking and a collaborative team player.
- Able to work under pressure and stay late when required.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Import customer service experience at a freight forwarding company.
