SALES EXECUTIVE
Carmart (Pvt) Ltd, the Authorized Dealer for Peugeot and Leapmotor in Sri Lanka, is expanding its sales team.
We’re looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who knows both the showroom floor and the field, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently delivers results.
YOUR ROLE
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail and corporate customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable passenger vehicle
- Conduct client visits, generate leads, develop opportunities, and close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team success
- Stay ahead of automotive industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of proven passenger car sales experience within the automotive industry — essential
- Hands-on field sales experience across corporate and retail segments
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Proficient in spoken and written English
