Applications will be entertained from suitably qualified applicants for the following posts attached to the Capital Works & Planning and Maintenance Branch, College House, University of Colombo.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ASSIGNMENT BASIS)
Qualifications
- Should Possess a BSc Degree Specializing in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Should Possess an NCT, HNDE, NDT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with at least three (03) years of experience in Quantity Surveying in a recognized establishment.
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka and should be a good character.
Other Requirements
- Well experience in taking measurements, taking off and preparation of BOQs scrutinizing bills and measurements.
- Age: Not more than 45 years
- Remuneration: A total remuneration of Rs. 631,320/-, payable in 06 equal monthly installments based on work completed
- Period of Assignment: Six Months
- Selection: By Interview
This appointment is on a temporary basis, initially for a period of six months. However, the University may consider extending the service of the selected candidate depending on satisfactory performance during the period of the contract.
